ONDO Smart Farming is pleased to announce their first Demo Days event for Romania, in the period 24-26 February 2021.

ONDO is an agritech startup providing advanced precision agriculture automation solutions. Founded at the beginning of 2020, the company already has numerous customer installations in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, with partners in North Macedonia and South Africa.

Following inquiries from farmers and potential partners in the region of Timișoara, Romania, ONDO deam will be doing one-on-one meetings and demonstrations, including visits on-site throughout the full 3 demo days at the end of February. Farmers meeting with ONDO can find out more about how ONDO can be used to automate their farm, while optimizing the resources used, boosting the yield and increasing the profit margin. They will learn what results other ONDO customers have already achieved, what consulting, integration and support services are offered by ONDO, what are the costs, timeframe and other terms for having ONDO set up the automation at their farms. Potential partners may find out more on the options for partnership collaboration and next steps towards signing a partnership agreement.

The demo days are an opportunity for everyone interested in ONDO Solutions to have a personal meeting with ONDO team and get all their specific questions answered. A demo slot for Romania Demo Days can still be booked at https://ondo.io/demo-days-romania/

Analysis of images when objects vary in color or size

How can a camera be taught to reliably detect deviations from the norm if they are not or not completely predictable? Rule-based image processing would have to capitulate - with the AI system IDS NXT, on the other hand, such a challenge can be easily solved from now on. In the new IDS NXT 3.0 release, IDS is making anomaly detection available to all customers as a third AI method, in addition to object detection and classification. You can even use only "GOOD" training images for training anomaly detection. In addition, relatively little training data is required compared to the other AI methods. This simplifies the development of an AI vision application and is well suited for evaluating the potential of AI-based image processing for new projects.
