The company, which opened its doors in 2016 and expanded from five acres of growing to 10 acres this fall, has pioneered a new and unique way to grow lettuce hydroponically with greater efficiency and innovative sustainability using pure sunlight and captured rainwater to grow crunchy, delicious lettuce under glass year-round in New England.
