Using 5 GHz microwave technology, it measures moisture 6% to 20% within ±0.5% points at peanut temperatures ranging from 32°F to 122°F and delivers results in just 30 seconds. The system is built with the right sample volume for downstream testing, an intuitive three-button touchscreen with USB connectivity, and rugged construction that requires minimal maintenance since the plastic slide gate for samples is the only moving part.
