To kick off the partnership, Babylon installed their micro-farms in Harvest Table colleges and universities, including University of Virginia, Wake Forest University, Elon University, and Springfield College, serving over 40,000 students.
 

With the food hall climate continuing to evolve year to year, several universities are beginning to increase the amount of sustainable and healthy food options for their students across campus. Babylon is stepping in to help make university life more sustainable and healthy, with the installation of their micro-farms in the food halls. These micro-farms produce the freshest, high-quality selection of crops for kitchens to use in preparing their menus.
