GroGuru Joins the United Nations Global Compact

GroGuru supports the concept that sustainability begins with a principles-based approach to doing business

GroGuru has joined the United Nations Global Compact, a corporate responsibility initiative - the world's largest with over 9,000 business and non-business participants in 135 countries. As a participant, GroGuru Inc. commits to:

Set in motion changes to business operations so that the UN Global Compact and our Ten Principles become part of strategy, culture and day-to-day operations, including in subsidiaries and the supply chain;

Advocate the UN Global Compact and the Ten Principles via available communications channels; and

Communicate annually with our stakeholders on efforts to implement the UN Global Compact principles, and post this Communication on Progress (COP) on the UN Global Compact website.

"Sustainability is an integral part of the GroGuru mission and vision," said Patrick Henry, president and CEO of GroGuru."The Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact which emphasize principle centered leadership and management in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption are in 100 percent alignment with GroGuru's culture and values."

As investors are demanding more information on the societal impacts of their investments, BlackRock, BNY Mellon and other asset managers are making sustainable finance mainstream. GroGuru's initiatives to help farmers more efficiently use water and other resources, while, at the same time, increasing crop yield, are at the heart of sustainability.

To cover all possible variances with classical image processing would be very time-consuming and costly. AI is able to solve these challenges in no time at all. With IDS NXT ocean, there is now a user-friendly complete solution for industrial applications available. It requires neither special knowledge in deep learning nor camera programming.
