DECATUR, Ill. - As farmers increasingly opt to update their existing equipment with precision upgrades, visitors to the PTx exhibit at this year's Farm Progress Show will see retrofit and customization options to help bolster their bottom line. PTx Booth 833 will be home to the entire PTx portfolio of products, including new products and familiar upgrades:
• FarmENGAGE: Debuting this year, PTx FarmENGAGE is a comprehensive farm operations management platform that simplifies and unifies management of fleets and fieldwork, regardless of equipment brand, make and model year. Built for compatibility with Deere Operations Center, Raven Slingshot, Case IH FieldOps and more, FarmENGAGE delivers real-time fleet tracking, automated task reporting and best-in-class data routing for centralized oversight, optimized planning and third-party software collaboration. FarmENGAGE connects directly to displays from Fendt®, Massey Ferguson® and Valtra® machines, as well as any machine using PTx Trimble GFX displays.
• Starlink Connectivity Compatibility: PTx now offers Starlink connectivity for Precision Planting 20|20 monitors and PTx Trimble GFX displays, enabling Panorama and FarmENGAGE use in areas with poor cellular connectivity. Users can purchase a kit with mounting brackets, Starlink hardware and the Starlink subscription, or just the mounting brackets for existing Starlink hardware.
• Panorama: This mobile and web companion to the Precision Planting 20|20 display provides agronomic data on planting, harvest and spraying. The PassMaster feature lets two 20|20 displays share coverage and maps, while the new livestream option enables farmers to view their display remotely. Panorama also pairs with SymphonyVision to show spraying maps and camera-generated photos.
• OutRun Autonomy: Launched last year, the PTx Trimble OutRun system enables fully autonomous grain cart operation with John Deere 8R/8000R tractors. This year, OutRun expands to tillage for fall 2026 and will also be available as a retrofit for Fendt 900 series tractors. Attendees can watch both in action in the autonomous demonstration area.
• DuraWear Additions: Uneven planting depth leads to uneven emergence and lost yield, but every row may not be planting at the exact same depth. The new Precision Planting DuraWear depth handle for John Deere and Harvest International row units allows pre-season calibration of each row's depth so the same depth setting results in the same planting depth on each row. DuraWear parallel arms are also now compatible with Kinze 3000 pull row units, in addition to their existing compatibility with John Deere and Case IH models.
• DrySet Micro: Precision Planting DrySet Micro is an electric drive meter that delivers granular insecticide or micronutrients with row-by-row control. It mounts to standard insecticide boxes and uses an internal auger for precise application - all managed via the Precision Planting 20|20 system.
• SymphonyVision Vision-Based Spraying: Precision Planting SymphonyVision uses cameras to adjust spraying based on weed severity, allowing for variable-rate application. This reduces chemical use and input costs while maintaining weed control. See SymphonyVision | Spot in action at the PTx booth on a demo UTV as it detects and targets only the weeds.
